We are actively recruiting compassionate, professional individuals for various Home Health Care Jobs in Fayette County, Bourbon County, Clark County, Harrison County, Jessamine County, Montgomery County, Nicholas County, and Scott County. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Providing essential assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Requires a high level of empathy and reliability.

  • Requirements

  • Valid PCA certification or equivalent training/experience, reliable transportation, and a clear background check.

Respite Care Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Offering temporary, planned relief to primary family caregivers, ensuring continuity and stability of care during the family's absence. Requires flexibility and meticulous adherence to an existing Care Plan.

  • Requirements

  • Experience in home care, strong adherence to established routines, and excellent communication skills.

Companion Care Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Focusing on emotional and social support, engaging clients in activities, and running errands. Duties include light housekeeping and meal preparation. Requires a friendly demeanor and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Requirements

  • A passion for companionship and enhancing quality of life, and a valid driver's license (preferred).

Medication Reminder Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Providing verbal and written prompts to ensure clients take their pre-scheduled medications correctly. Requires attention to detail and a commitment to strict scheduling adherence. Note: This is a non-medical role and does not include administering medications.

  • Requirements

  • Proven organizational skills and a demonstrated attention to detail.

Specialized Care Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Working with clients who have complex medical needs (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Post-Stroke, Parkinson's). Involves behavior management, cognitive activities, and therapeutic exercise reinforcement. Requires specialized training and patience.

  • Requirements

  • Must have the appropriate training and minimum 2 years of experience with chronic/special conditions.

Live-In Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Providing continuous 24-hour non-medical care, including all ADLs, companionship, and housekeeping, in the client's home. Requires adaptability and commitment to extended stays.

  • Requirements

  • Extensive home care experience, the ability to reside in the client’s home, and excellent crisis management skills.

Live-Out Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Offering scheduled shifts for personal care and companionship, requiring no overnight stays. This includes our most flexible hourly and daily opportunities. Requires punctuality and reliable scheduling.

  • Requirements

  • Same as Personal Care Assistant/Companion, with flexibility for varied shift lengths.

Transportation Assistant

  • Role Focus & Key Skills

  • Safely transporting clients to and from appointments (e.g., doctor visits, therapy), grocery shopping, and errands. May include light assistance in entering and exiting the home. Requires safety focus and reliability.

  • Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle with insurance, and comfortable assisting clients with mobility.
