Providing comfort and dignity during end-of-life care in collaboration with a licensed hospice agency:
Scheduled Relief: Professional care coverage for a set duration, whether a few hours or a weekend.
Emotional & Spiritual Support: Being a compassionate presence for the client and family.
Symptom Observation: Diligent monitoring and reporting of changes in comfort or symptoms to the hospice nurse.
Family Assistance: Light support for family members, allowing them to focus on spending time with their loved one.
